Running a successful business does not mean having to work in isolation and it’s not just about running a successful business. It’s about building relationships in a supportive environment and relationships that can help you and your business grow.
The Positive Action Club allows you to get together with successful passionate business people who you can share knowledge, resources and experiences and where you can support each other in growing your business.
Often in business as the leader you will find there is a point where you must take a decision or make changes to ensure your business grows and survives. Finding the right advice, the time and help can be difficult.
The Positive Action Club (PAC) has been created from the recognition that business leaders, particularly those of SME’s, have very few places to turn for practical and cost effective help in solving their most challenging business issues.
The Positive Action Club (PAC) has been evolved from the highly successful Action Led Business Improvement Programmes, in which over 50 business leaders from across Scottish industry and commerce took part, and is based around the principles of Action Learning, as developed by Prof. Reg Revans. The model which PAC is based on has been independently evaluated and approved by Henley Management College as the best way to deliver Action Learning to SME Business Leaders.
PAC allows you to find the space and time to help you make these decisions. Working with your peers and associates will allow you to discuss the issues you are facing and speak to those who may have already gone through the same issues.
PAC groups are made up of 8 businesses from non competitive sectors who meet up once a month in a safe confidential and structured environment. Each group is facilitated by an experienced business coach and who will also meet up with you on a one to one basis regularly through out the process.
